SkyPounce Account Deletion

SkyPounce: Cat Adventure, also known as SkyPounce: Приключения кота, is developed by NonBu Technology.

Delete your account in the Game

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Account and cloud storage.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

An internet connection is required. For a Google-linked account, Google may ask you to verify your identity. Wait for a success confirmation.

Request deletion without the Game

Email timerineapp@gmail.com with the subject SkyPounce account deletion. You can request deletion for an anonymous game account or an account linked to Google.

• For a Google-linked account, write from the Google email address used in the game where possible and include your public nickname.
• For an anonymous account, include your nickname, app version and approximate dates of play. Keep the installation until the account has been identified; a nickname alone may not be enough to verify ownership.
• Say whether you have played online duels, so the request can include the related multiplayer data.

We may need additional information to identify the account and verify your request. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or authentication tokens.

Scope of a deletion request

Ask for removal of the account and its associated records. Depending on the features you used, this can include:

• the anonymous or Google-linked Firebase Authentication account;
• Google-linked cloud saves, profile information and gameplay statistics;
• nickname, leaderboard, competition, achievement and placement records associated with the account;
• online-duel player and match records, and the separate Unity multiplayer identity.

These records are held by different services. Emailing a request does not itself erase them. Requests concerning both a game account and online duels need to be handled across the relevant services.

Local data and data held by other services

An email request does not remotely clear files on your phone. Once the account has been identified and the request handled, clear the game’s storage/data in Android settings or uninstall to remove local saves and settings. Android backup copies are managed through your device or Google backup settings.

Uninstalling alone does not delete online accounts, cloud saves or leaderboard results. Provider backups, security records, analytics, consent and advertising data follow the relevant providers’ retention and deletion procedures. Deleting SkyPounce data does not delete your Google Account.
