SkyPounce Account Deletion

SkyPounce: Cat Adventure, also known as SkyPounce: Приключения кота, is developed by NonBu Technology.

Delete your account in the Game

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Account and cloud storage.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

This option applies to anonymous game accounts and accounts linked to Google. An internet connection is required. If your game account is linked to Google, Google may ask you to verify your identity. Deleting a SkyPounce account does not delete your Google Account.

Request deletion without the Game

If you cannot access the Game, email timerineapp@gmail.com with the subject:

  • For a Google-linked game account, send the request from the same Google email address used to sign in.
  • For an anonymous game account, include the SkyPounce player ID shown in the Game’s Account settings and your current public nickname.

We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Never send your Google password, authentication token, or payment information. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

Data deleted

Deleting your account initiates deletion of:

  • your anonymous or Google-linked Firebase Authentication game account;
  • cloud saves, profile information, and gameplay statistics;
  • leaderboard and competition entries associated with the account;
  • achievement and placement records associated with the account; and
  • the local game slot associated with the account on the device where deletion is performed.

Data that may remain temporarily

  • Firebase backup copies may remain in isolated backup systems for up to 180 days before deletion is complete.
  • General device settings or another local game slot remain until you clear the Game’s app data or uninstall it.
  • Android cloud backups remain subject to your Android and Google backup settings.
  • Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be linked to your account may remain.
  • Analytics, crash-reporting, consent, and advertising providers retain data under their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
