Privacy Policy for SkyPounce: Cat Adventure

Effective date: 2026-09-04

Developer and data controller: NonBu Technology

This Privacy Policy applies to SkyPounce: Cat Adventure, also known as SkyPounce: Приключения кота (the “Game”). It explains what data the Game and its service providers process, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

1. Data we process

Local game data

The Game stores your player nickname, progress, scores, achievements, competition history, gameplay state, audio and other settings, privacy choices, and account status on your device. This data is used to save and restore your game.

Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, eligible game saves and settings may also be encrypted and included in Android cloud backup or device-to-device transfer. You can manage device backups in your Android or Google account settings.

Anonymous game account and online leaderboards

The Game automatically creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account so that online leaderboards and competitions can operate. This account is identified by a randomly generated user ID and is not your Google Account.

For leaderboards and competitions, Cloud Firestore processes the anonymous or linked user ID, player nickname, scores, catches and other competition results, active play time, ranks, achievement or placement information, and relevant timestamps. Your nickname and leaderboard or competition results are visible to other players. The internal user ID is used to manage records and is not intentionally displayed in the Game.

Do not use your real name, email address, phone number, or other contact information as your public nickname.

Optional Google sign-in and cloud save

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google Identity and Firebase Authentication process your Google account identifier, email address, display name, authentication tokens, IP address, and technical security information. We do not receive your Google password.

When Google sign-in and cloud save are used, Cloud Firestore stores your player nickname, cloud save, game progress, gameplay statistics, competition records, achievement and placement information, and synchronization timestamps. You can play without linking a Google Account, but an anonymous game account is still used for online features.

Analytics

If you allow analytics in the Game’s privacy choices, Firebase Analytics processes gameplay and interaction events, session and engagement information, score and progress ranges, advertising events, app version, general device and operating-system information, app-instance identifiers, language or region, and approximate location derived from the IP address.

We do not send your player nickname, email address, Google user ID, or Firebase Authentication user ID as custom Analytics event parameters or user properties. Analytics is disabled until your privacy choice is resolved and is enabled only when you allow it.

Crash reporting

If you allow crash reporting, Firebase Crashlytics may process crash and error traces, diagnostic logs, app state at the time of a problem, app version, device model, operating-system information, memory and storage information, timestamps, Firebase installation identifiers, and Crashlytics installation identifiers. Crash reporting is disabled until your privacy choice is resolved and is enabled only when you allow it.

Advertising

The Game may show advertising through Unity LevelPlay mediation, Unity Ads, and Yandex Ads. When advertising is enabled, these services and their advertising partners may process the Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app information, ad impressions, clicks and interactions, consent signals, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention information.

Where required by law, the advertising SDKs are not initialized until the consent process is complete. You can accept, reject, or later change eligible advertising and personalization choices through the Game’s privacy settings. Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

Consent information and technical requests

The consent management platform and participating service providers process and store your privacy selections and related technical information so that those choices can be applied and demonstrated. Like most online services, Firebase, Google, Unity, Yandex, and their infrastructure providers may also receive IP addresses, user-agent information, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic data when your device connects to them.

2. How we use data

We use data to:

  • operate the Game and preserve your progress and settings;
  • create and manage game accounts;
  • provide cloud saves, leaderboards, competitions, ranks, and achievements;
  • authenticate users and synchronize data across devices;
  • protect the Game, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain security;
  • diagnose crashes and technical problems when permitted;
  • understand and improve gameplay when analytics is permitted; and
  • show, personalize, and measure advertising when permitted.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • performance of a contract to provide the Game, accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, and requested online features;
  • consent for analytics, crash reporting, personalized advertising, and related storage or access where consent is required;
  • legitimate interests in operating, securing, debugging, and preventing abuse of the Game where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
  • legal obligations when processing is required by applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time through the Game’s privacy settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data for money. We share data only as needed with service providers that support the functions described in this Policy:

Advertising providers may make an ad request available to their advertising partners. Depending on your location, personalized advertising or related disclosures may be considered “sharing,” “selling,” or processing for targeted advertising under local law. You can opt out through the Game’s privacy settings where this right applies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Game, or as part of a business transfer where permitted by law. We do not send Google sign-in information to advertising providers for ad targeting.

5. International processing

Our service providers operate globally. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where Google, Unity, Yandex, or their providers operate. Where required, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. Their linked privacy notices provide additional information.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is deleted through the Game, the app data is cleared, or the Game is uninstalled. Android backups remain subject to your Android or Google backup settings.

Game account data, cloud saves, profiles, statistics, and leaderboard or competition entries are retained while your game account remains active. When you delete the account, we initiate deletion of the associated Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore data. Deletion from provider backups may take up to 180 days.

We configure Firebase Analytics event-level data to be retained for no longer than 14 months. Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting deletion. Advertising and consent providers retain information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for product analysis and security.

For instructions and an external deletion request option, see SkyPounce Account Deletion.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying data sharing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can:

  • change analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, and personalization choices in the Game’s privacy settings;
  • change your public nickname in the Game, subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits;
  • reset or delete the Advertising ID in Android settings;
  • manage Android cloud backup in your device or Google settings;
  • delete your game account and associated cloud data from the Game; or
  • contact timerineapp@gmail.com to exercise an applicable privacy right.

8. Children

SkyPounce is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it.

9. Security

Network data is transmitted using encrypted connections. We use access controls and service security features intended to protect account and cloud data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide additional notice where required.
