Do I need Google sign-in to play?
No. Google sign-in is optional. The game automatically creates an anonymous game account, while progress, settings and unlocked content are stored locally. Linking Google supports cloud saving. Consider that option before moving phones or removing the game’s local data.
What does cloud save store?
When you sign in with Google, the account and cloud services handle your saved game, profile information, game statistics and purchase history. Cloud saving is used to synchronize progress. Review Account and cloud storage in Settings when checking your account.
What does Premium change?
Premium is a one-time purchase that disables ads. Purchases use Google Play Billing. Check the purchase screen in the game for the current offer and its terms before confirming a purchase.
Are coin packs the same thing as Premium?
No. The game offers both Premium and coin packs. They are separate purchases handled through Google Play. Read the product description for the item you select so you know which benefit you are buying.
How are purchases restored?
The game uses Google Play purchase status and limited purchase records to deliver and restore purchases where applicable. If a benefit is missing, check which Google Play account made the purchase and whether Google Play shows it as completed. Restoration depends on the purchase type; a used coin pack should not be assumed to be a repeatable grant.
Before purchasing again, contact support with the product name, app version and order reference if available. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
What are downloadable posters?
They are themed images about the cats’ adventures that can be downloaded in high resolution and used as phone wallpapers. Saved posters remain in your device gallery until you delete them there. They are separate from the cloud account and the game’s local cache.

How do I delete a game account?
For a Google-linked account, open Settings → Account and cloud storage → Delete account and confirm. Internet access is required, and Google may ask for identity verification. Deletion affects cloud saves, the game profile and the local game slot associated with the account. It does not delete your Google Account.
